The presence of the two Saudi players Yasser Al Mosailem, the goalkeeper, and Abdulrahman Ghareeb, attacker, in addition to Samuel Owusu and Driss Fettouhi, the midfielders, and the Serbian Ljubomir Fejsa, the defender, was a memorable moment to have in the MG showroom and for the MG visitors. The team enjoyed wandering around the showroom and inspected the latest MG models showcased, as well as got to know about these cars’ specifications and features and took a memorable group photo with MG’s most top-selling models. Some Al Ahli fans, who were at the showroom during the visit, seized this wonderful opportunity and took many selfies with the legendary players and MG cars. In turn, the players interacted with their fans and distributed some of the club’s new shirts featuring the MG brand logo signed by the team.
Noting that MG Motor has announced the signing of a three-year partnership agreement with Al-Ahli Saudi Football Club, started from the 2019/2020 season, under which MG brand will be the official partner of Al Ahli Saudi Football Club. This partnership comes in line with the British-born car company strategy to reach out to the Saudi public through football sport, as well as to enhance the brand’s presence and popularity in the Saudi market.
