The AIZA team’s philosophy is rooted in the culinary magic, hospitality, and warmth of service of the Cyclades Islands, and guests can expect to have their taste buds transported to the islands of Santorini, Mykonos, Naxos, and Paros, to name a few. From Greek cheeses, Kalamata olives, Mediterranean seafood, and the choicest meats, to Souvlaki prepared live at guests’ tables and authentic Greek desserts like Loukouma, Baklava and Orange Pie – AIZA sources the majority of its produce from Greece, along with a carefully chosen variety of the freshest locally sourced ingredients.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Not your typical Greek tavern, AIZA’s exquisite interiors take inspiration from the abundance of Cyclades Islands in the Aegean Sea. At the heart of AIZA’s Greek-Mediterranean, dining experience are the roots of the iconic tree chandelier, taking guests back to ancient Greece. Exposed illuminated stone on the bar and inset wall pay homage to the island cliffs, while the flooring serves as a nod to the pebbly roads of the island towns.

Suspended wavy ceiling fabric symbolizes the forces of nature, reflecting where the sky and sea collide, and, through the arched window, panoramic projections represent the infinite beauty of the islands. A grove of olive trees and a finishing touch of dried golden palm leaves bless guests with the hands of the gods, while the boho-chic terrace is a one-stop playground for avid shisha enthusiasts, combining dining and drinks with music and breath-taking views of the fountains.
